Hilot Trilogy

• Hilot is a Filipino traditional healing massage that uses traditional techniques to alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
• Dagdagay is a traditional Filipino foot treatment with the use of heated bamboo sticks. The sticks stimulate pressure points and promote circulation.
• Ventosa is a Filipino cupping therapy that aims to promote blood flow, ease muscle tension, and release toxins out of the body.

1. Appointments must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in 50% payment of the treatment booked.
2. Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for their treatment.
3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest. The full treatment price will still apply.
4. Guests must inform the spa of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect their treatment.
5. Payment can be charged to room if in-house guest. For day guests and external guests payment can be settled at the reception.
6. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home.
7. Gift certificates are non-convertible to cash and non-refundable.
8. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. 
9. The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or intoxicated guests.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
